Register Your Team - as easy as 1, 2, 3

  1. Payment of $1,000 per team. Payment deadline is MAY 15, 2024. E-transfer payments to –

    rcns.events1@gmail.complease note your team name in the comments section of the e-transfer process.

    • if paying by cheque please email us for payment details

  2. Email your registration/team/contact details to rotarydragonboatsnorfolk@gmail.com

    • Team Name

    • (if a business team, name & location of business)

    • Contact Person / Team Captain

    • Contact email address

    • Contact cell number

    • Address of either business or contact

    • Will the team require a steersperson  (Answer YES unless an experienced team)

    • Is the team a cancer-survivor team

    • answer for e-transfer password would be helpful, to pass along to the finance committee

  3. Waivers and Forms

    MUST be completed and submitted Saturday, June 22th in order to participate. Team Captains:

    • The waiver https://www.alkame.ca/files/Waiver-PDBC-Alkame.pdf must be completed by anyone participating on your team – applicable for both your practice session June 22th and on race day June 23th

    • As captain/manager of your team you are responsible for collecting and submitting all completed documentation to the registration tent on race day.
